Barby Redesign
Website Redesign
Barby has always been my go to place when I wanted to catch a live show in Tel Aviv, and I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one.
When I last entered the Barby website, I noticed so many opportunities to change and redesign the UI & UX of the website.
So I decided to take the ropes and just go ahead and do it

Problems in the current website

No available contact form
Without a proper and accessible contact form, you are basically forcing your users to acclimate themselves to your website, and not the other way around.
The contact form allows one to send a quick message to the business without having to open the email software pick up their phone.
Before
After
No hierarchy in the pre purchase page
Beside the fact that it looks very messy and unstructured, the pre purchase page, which forces you to log in via SMS. Probably also only with an Israeli phone number
Wireframing
Hi-Fi Prototype Interaction

Conclusions and what's to come
Well as the saying goes "Design never ends" and this one included.
There is still work to be done, and here are just a few actions to mention:
User Testing
Re-ideation
Design reiteration depending on the User testing
Developing the website.
Releasing a beta version.
Release a final version.
So I hope you enjoyed watching the process that I took and what came out of it in the end.
Thank you for your patience! 🙏🏼
Be safe and have a good one! 💛

Unclear Buttons
From what I noticed on the is that the current buttons that suppose to serve the "call to action" function, is lacking a simple UI design that emphasises where the user should press in order to purchase or to receive further information.
Before
After
Confusing registration/account page
Beside the fact that it's only in Hebrew, once I give my email and click on the "Get code" button, then nothing happens and there's also no message from the system.
